Suggest Permanent Cure For Typhoid And Malaria

Please is there a permanent cure for typhoid and malaria? For over a year, I have been treating typhoid and malaria monthly and anytime i repeat the tests, the malaria test is always positive while the typhoid is always significant. I treated typhoid less than three weeks ago, there after took the vaccine but just today I tested positive for typhoid and malaria.
