Suggest Permanent Remedy For Blemishes On Face And Leucorrhea

Hello sir Im 30yrs. Old female from Punjab im suffering from blemishes on my face & stinky leukoria prb. From last 5 years & already taken allopathy medicines bt not any effects by treatment ...so 1st tell me what is the main reasons of this problem & how it produce..& 2nd question... this will be permanently finished or not ?
