Suggest Permanent Solution For Discolouration On Skin

I m having dark knuckles... Hands and feet... Hv used lumi skin and advantn ointment it light the skin but after leaving got the same dark skin.... Tyro nase plus and betasalic i m using but i dont thing the are workig well... Can you please help... I want permanent rid of this black stuff.. Dr do help
