Suggest Permanent Treatment For Acne Vulgaris

i have acne vulgaris for past 6 years i am 27 now .acne seems to be reduced. i use normal medicated soap for this acne and clindamycin only . but the scars are there . there is lot of improvement in my face. but i need to get teh normal soft skin as my body skin.please suggest a permanent treatment for this
