Suggest Permanent Treatment For Allergy

i am suffering from allergy from my childhood and now i a 22 years old .some skin specialists say it is eczema ,or scabies, some say pruritis.i am too much worried.lastly doctor said,avoid use of water. on the very severe condition due to use of herbal medicine,he prescribed me antifungal.please tel me permanent treatment so that i can live peacefully.this diseaese is only on fingers.
