Suggest Permanent Treatment For Anal Itching

Hi! I have had anal itchiness since I was 14. I m now 35. I actually got it to completely stop one time for a year. I used topical Benadryl on my anus. I can t live with this for the rest of my life. I need a permanent solution. Is it possible that this could be a psychological issue? Ugh. I m so tired of this. I ve had three different doctors discount my issue. No one has tested me for anything. Just creams were prescribed. I am married and my husband does not have my symptoms.
