Suggest Permanent Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

I have problem of complete erectile dysfunction from childhood. I was taking medicine from urologist for last six years .my health is good. I dont drink alcohol. but if I stop medicine then my problem start again.please advise permanent treatment. thanks
