Suggest Permanent Treatment For Sinusitis

I have deadly sinusitus from last 4 yrs and taking antibiotics and cant continue it
The infection is so serious that it had torn my ear drum and mucus secretion happen from there(ears) also kindly suggest any permanent and without side effect's treatment
I live in pune
And sinusitis affects me in winter season mostly
