Suggest Permanent Treatment For Urticaria

I am 33 year old .....i am facing two problems....1...My beard is changing in to white very fast and i able to see the change almost daily... 2.I am facing skin problem and doctors are telling urticaria but i am not able to get permanent solution...i am taken levocitrizen for almost one year.. please help
