Suggest Possible Treatment For Throat Infection

i am suffering from throat infection for the last 3 to 4 months.
first i took aszithral 500 mg and goal tablet. then my doctor advised to consult with an EN T speacalist he told me to consult with a chest specialist and the particular doctor took X ray and he told me that there is chest infection and gave some antibotics
now today onwards i am suffering the throat infection. what is the remedy?
