Suggest Possible Treatments To Remove Excess Facial Hair

I am 32, weigh 200lb, and 5'7". I have PCOS and Diabetes II. I have a period maybe 2 times a year, if I'm lucky. I have never been pregnant and I did try fertility pills a couple different times with no success. My dilemma now is that I have excess facial hair. It is like a man's beard. It seems to be getting worse. I was researching laser hair removal but then I came across that I could take birth control and maybe a androgen (spell?) pill to lower the tetosterone in my body causing the excess hair I have. Can you reccommend what kind of birth contol I can use and androgen pill as well?
