Suggest Precaution To Work In Andrology Lab And Allergic Reactions

hi.i am an embryologist and got job 2 months before.i have to work in an andrology lab which contain a microscope and a laminar flow hood that decontaminate the laminar flow benchtop and its pressure comes to the embryologist sitting in front of it.i used to handle semen samples and i got allergy on my face only around my nose area. i am taking medication also,taking telfast antiallergic tablets twice a day and using sunblock but my allergy persists.i am also feeling drowsiness and fatigue very quick and have loose 2 kg weight also.my complexsion is also going dull.please doctor advice my any treatment aur precausions to get rid of my problem.
