Suggest Precautions To Be Taken After Having Unsafe Sex

Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex but he did not ejaculate inside me he pulled out but I still took plan b incase he pre cummed inside me is their a chance of getting pregnant still or can I get sick for taking plan b when your not pregnant is their anything I should stop doing ? Can you please help.
