Suggest Precautions To Be Taken To Prevent STD Transmission Through Oral Sex

Hi. I would like to know more about std s because I am lesbian and they don t teach this in school. I was wondering about dental dams. I know that they are used for oral sex to prevent STD s but they look very uncomfortable and scary and I don t think many people use them because they aren t as common or easy as condoms. But I d like to know is there an alternative way that you can prevent STD s with sex with the same gender without dental dams?
