Suggest Precautions To Be Taken While Planning For Pregnancy

Hello please I will need some advice and what to do. I have been trying to get pregnant for a year now. I had an abortion 7years back which I was later admitted to the hospital. I was placed on drip nd injection for 5days due to the complication I had then during the abortion. Now am trying to get pregnant. Please what can I do please.
