Suggest Preparation Tips Before The First Appointment Of OBGYN

I have my first OBGYN appt in about 6 days. I've already read what to expect and what all will happen in my first appointment. Besides making sure i'm not on my period or instert any subtances into me, are there any other "prep" tips i should be aware of?
