Suggest Prognosis For Health Conditions

My mother is in hospital first for UTI and then found L12 was smooshed. they put cement in her vertibe but now her left arm is swollen and weeping. She has A Fib and a pacemaker. What is prognosis for this? does this mean she is dieing. also she is 91 years old she is about 5'4" and about 175 lbs.
