Suggest Protein Rich Diet To Consume During Pregnancy

Hello Doctor,I am 21 weeks pregnant but I feel I am not getting enough protein through my diet so I am taking Proteinx original but after reading some post I realized that Proteinx original is to boost your strength and for your health but I am not sure if that protein goes to my baby because that's the main reason why I am taking Proteinx. Please advise because I don't get Proteinx mama here in US. Thanks for your response.
