Suggest Remedies Black Spots On The Nose

Hi my name is ranjeeta and im from bhopal.I recently got these 2 black ugly spots on my nose and i've just started using garlic juice on it 'coz i heard that its good on dark black spots.I just wanna know will it work , i really wanna get rid of these spots as my sister's marriage is in april.Please help me with any medicine or cream thats available in bhopal.My skin type is sensitive oily.Thanx
