Suggest Remedies For A Bruise On The Back After A Fall

my daughter fell off the bleachers at a baseball game tonight. she fell about 3 feet and has a bruise on the mid left side of her back. She can breathe fine and has no pain when inhaling or exhaling. the area is not swollen and looks more like a scrape then a bruise. she did hit a metal bar when she fell. I am not too sure if her feet hit the ground first and then her back hit the metal bar or if she hit the metal bar first. i have iced it down and she is back to normal only i am still worried about her.
