Suggest Remedies For A Bump On The Back Of Head After A Fall

Last night I fell down the stairs and hit my head on the pavement. I don't know if I was unconscious or not. But, on the back of my head I have a bump and I've been taking tylenol and advil today. ( not together ) but I was wondering if I should go see a doctor or not?
