Suggest Remedies For A Cut On Frenulum Causing Bleeding

hey there, well my frenulum has a small tear. this happen 3 weeks ago , of course blood came . yesterday i tried having sex and it was bleeding again. my question is whats better waiting for it to heal (how long will that take) or just have my frenulum cut off or just get circumcised? and please do tell me when it heal ?
