Suggest Remedies For A Recurrent Cut On The Tip Of Nose

Hi, I am a 27 year old female. I have a cut on the tip of my nose that extends to the inside of my nose. it scabs over but never seems to fully heal. The part that scabs over is usually white but when it comes off, my nose is typically red and irritated looking. is there anything i can do to clear this up?
