Suggest Remedies For A Skin Rash On The Chest

I just came on my girlfriends chest area and minutes later she has developed a rash. I leant my arm on her chest too and have also come up in a similar looking rash. It seems to be getting 'less angry' as the minutes are passing but what should we do from here? Thanks
