Suggest Remedies For A Small Red Dot Caused By A Tic Bite

Hi, Sunday the 24th i was at the park and in and out of alot of shrubbery. Monday morning the 25th, I notcied a small reddish tic on my upper thigh. I yanked it off really fast as a reflex. . today there is a small red dot mabybe the size of of a roud eraser tip. no bullseye yet. there is a small darker red spot insde of the round area.
