Suggest Remedies For A Swollen Neck After A Face Lift

I had a lower facelift 6 weeks ago. My neck was swollen for the first week but then looked great. LAST WEEK woke up with a swollen neck -looks like big swollen glands. My doctor didn't seem worried and said to massage several times a day. Doesn't seem much better. I feel healthy but am a little concerned
