Suggest Remedies For Chronic Arm Pain

Iam a house wife and Iam 46 yrs old. Iam suffer from pain in my right hand from last six months. I am sure it is not bone or joint pain. Pain is at peak when I do any kind of work which puts stress on my plam and wrist area.Through from last six months I always massage my plam area with cream (moov and volini)at bed time, but it really don't serves the purpose.
