hello iv got this very itchy anas keeps me awake all night been to docs several times over 4 years but to no avail got lumps was told got hemorides got given cream helped bought more over the counter didnt work at wits end what can i do. itch mostlyl at night tried creams over the counter nothing works think i have ibs need loo where ever i go if i have sum thing to eat not been diagnosed though
