Suggest Remedies For Chronic Itching And Discomfort In Skin Around Anus

Hi I'm 40 years old and after I had my baby (c-section) for the past 4 years I;ve been experiencing anal discomfort, itchiness and broken skin around the area. I also had a colonoscopy last year where they detected internal hemorrhoids. The broken skin is what really bothers me, since it never closes or when it starts feeling better, I get my period and with the sanitary pad it creates moisture and starts all over again. Could I be allergic to something? Have you heard of this before? I just want the itchiness and discomfort to go away.
