Suggest Remedies For Chronic Itching And Dry Skin

itching sensation , pleasant, no rash, worse in the night or when undressed after a days' activity. Helps me to be alert when reading but borders me. Tried several off shelve anti itch creams and used lotions to soot, with no solution to the itching sensation. The creams only prevent the scrotal area from burning or scaling. Have dry skin generally. Realized this when I was about 12, now 50, and the itching sensation appear increasing than reducing. Often uncomfortable in a public place where I cannot find a way to scratch the hell off the itch. Please advise. YYYY@YYYY
