Suggest Remedies For Chronic Pain In Pelvis

My age is 55 height 164cm weight 76kgs. I have two grown children one of which was a twin who was still born .I have had a pelvic ultrasound that says perhaps I have focal adenomyosis

would that account for the bad pain that I have suffered they have taken out my right tube and appendix to try and ease the pain that has been going on for years. Is there a way to stop the pain.
