Suggest Remedies For Cluster Of White Head Pimples On My Stomach

I have a small cluster of white head pimples on the right side of my mid belly. THey dont itch unless i touch them, ive been putting some anti biotic cream on them, nothing seems to work, stayed around the same size for three days now, which is the size of two quarters side by side. any ideas?
