Suggest Remedies For Constant Headache

i m 22 yr old boy .i have been having constant throbbing headache near the left temple .i feel my vien is pulsating very badly and it continues throughout the day for the past 4 years.i am also on treatment for depression and have been medications pari cr 25 for the last 3 months. though these medications have helped and reduced the intensity but the pain is not completely gone.pls help.

can depression cause the pain and i want relief from this pain .
