Suggest Remedies For Dizziness After I Hit My Head

I feel down the steps on Wednesday and hit by back on many steps which is still very painful. I also hit my head but that has not hurt. Last night I started suffering severe dizziness but am not sure that going to the ER or an urgent care center will be worth it since they won't really be able to do anything for me.
