Suggest Remedies For Dry And Bruised Foreskin

i have bruise on my foreskin after intercourse and the foreskin bleeds and it gives pain and heals in 2 - 3 days but dry and non elasticitic foreskin at some place..what is the remedy and which ointment to use. Right now to avoid having bruise and bleeding i use condoms..please help
