Suggest Remedies For Dry And Rough Skin

Hi,

I have very rough and dry skin since childhood. Since the past 1 year i have been taking Maxepa tablets. It has helped a little. But my skin is very rough and not soft unlike other girls. I have very very rough hands and feets. i am ashamed of shaking hands with people.

I am 25+ unmarried female.
