Suggest Remedies For Eczema On Hand

i have eczema problems from time to time but this time my hand had an infection due uncleaned hand that i used to scratch the itched spots. so now it looks like i have boil on my hand. currently i applied iodine solution in hoping that it will cure the boils. Is this assumption wrong? what antibiotic med do you suggested? thank you doc.
