i am a 61 year old female with diabetes torn rotat cuffs oesteoarthritis who had a recent ovarian cancer scare and have heart problem in that i have turns when doing nothing and start sweating and freezing and people stare at me as you can not help but notice something is going on. i want to loose weight and 1 step forward 25 back. any ideas on exercise.
