Suggest Remedies For Excessive Masturbation

Hello Doctor, I had an accident 20 years ago and since then I started masturbating. Now It has got well out of hand, unless I do it I feel something is missing. My testicals get sore sometimes and I am not the only one who knows I do it. Sometimes I run out of sperm and my penis has been getting very red and sore allot because of how many times I do it.
