Suggest Remedies For Fever,chills And Headache

Hi There, Im Angel,16 Male, I havn't been feeling very well for the past few days last night i woke up to a 104 fever and i dont know what i should do cause my mom thinks i should go to the Doctors im using Tylenol to help my Fever but it only puts it at 101 i dont know what i should do can you help me?
