Suggest Remedies For Fluid Filled Bumps On My Lips

today i woke up with little bumps on the side of my lip, it started to be irritating and itchy, so i iced it, and noticed it got redder, so i put a hot towel on it, i guess it reduced in size but the bumps became more clear, i think theres liquid inside of it, how do i get rid of it? or soothe it?
