I am a college student and recently started getting migraines every day - the pain I feel is located behind and above my eyes. It typically occurs before dinner time and lasts the rest of the day. I have changed my eating habits about two and a half weeks ago because of lent (I am Greek Orthodox Christian and must maintain a vegan diet) but thought that maybe this sudden change might have something to do with it, so I have added back in a bit of dairy and egg product daily. But, it seems like my headaches won't go away. What can I do to alleviate them in any way?
