Suggest Remedies For Frequent Nose Blocks
Dear Doc,
My age is 29 years. Since last 5 months I was experiencing a problem of blocked nose. When I sleep, if I lay on right side my right nostril gets blocked and vice versa. Even in when I am awake its gets blocked 3 to 4 times a day. If I give Ortrivin drops the block open immediately. When it gets blocked no air passes through the nostrils. My doctor has prescribed Shine 10 & Monteck LC one tablet each befor dinner per day. Still the problem persists. I have also done Xray, but doctor said there is no complicacies and my sinuses are clear. I work in airconditioning environment whole day. I also feel pressure ii my nose and surroundings when I gets out. Please help, as my work is getting hampered.
