Suggest Remedies For Hard Bump Between Eyebrows Caused By An Injury

I got hit between my eye brow and my eye and one week has passed and the black eye has gone away but there is a hard texture that does not seem to go away. I know this is a pretty sensitive area and I am worry about this hard ball not going away what should I do?
