Suggest Remedies For Hemicranial Headaches In Spite Of Taking Medication

i have been told to be suffering from hemicranial headaches and been given indometacin - for now only taking 2 tabs of 25mg a day but still have headache and feel very shakey and balance not great....have been only taking for 2 days when can you start to see an improvement as at the moment im housebound!!
