Suggest Remedies For Immature Penis

Hi i'm 18 nearly 19 and I am starting to get worried as I still have no armpit hair and more importantly my penis has not grown. This is really affecting my social life as most my friends have had sex whereas I can't even bring myself to go out partying as i'm worried that if I did get drunk it might come out. Please help I don't know what else to do.
