Suggest Remedies For Inflammation In The Body When Having Trigeminal Neuropathy

I have trigeminal neurapathy caused from connective tissue disease. I have inflammation in my body. I m on Plaquinel with the hopes that it will prevent the neurapathy from getting worse. I have it on both sides of my face. It horrible especially in and around my mouth. It keeps getting worse. How bad can it get? Thanks for your reply, Cathy
