Suggest Remedies For Intermittent Pains In My Breasts

Hi, a few years ago I started having very sharp pains in my upper left side that would come and go randomly and last a minute or so. I never went to a dr. and now the pains are a bit worst and with that I started having pains in my left breast in the nipple area and that pain doesnt leave. What can I do to get rid of the pain?
