Suggest Remedies For Itchy And Patchy Scalp

I am wondering about me and my son having carbon monoxide poisoning. Our scalps are VERY patchy with white flakes and blisters that bleed and scabs and our hair is falling out. We have many more symptoms that say we have this but I was checking this last one out. I am on an immune suppressant, and so my pemphigus disease is kicking up SEVERALLY and the prednisone pills and immune pills are NOT working at all and my son has no disease like me but the same scalp problem right now and we did go to the Derm and they didn't help much with their treatments
