Suggest Remedies For Itchy Bumps On My Forehead And Chin

I have irritated skin from using differin for clogged pores - however, I've never had whiteheads or blackheads. Not sure if I was misdiagnosed by my derm, but I have red, thickened skin on cheeks, forehead and chin. There are itchy bumps and my skin feel tight and dry.
